How it works:

• You place your unit on our website and we market your property to students in the designated college.
• Students book a showing for the property
• One of our exclusive Rent Beetle agents goes on a showing with the students to the unit (with your permission).
• The students apply right from their phones
• We send these applications directly to you
• Once you give the agent the approval, a lease is sent out for signature
• You then receive a copy of the signed lease, ready for your signature. (The lease is not in effect until you sign!)
• The cosigners and students pay an initial deposit and a security deposit is mailed to you.
• We will disperse commission out of the initial deposit (First months Rent)
